Site content and external links
The content of this site is written with the greatest care. SYMBIOTEK cannot, however, guarantee that it is accurate, complete and up to date at all times. It is provided for information purposes, without any express or implied warranty, and no right can be derived from it.
The content of the sites we link to is the responsibility of their operators. We checked that no unlawful content was present when each link was created, but we cannot monitor those pages permanently. If we learn that a linked page breaks the law, we remove the link.
What artificial intelligence does
The summaries, reply drafts, classifications and scores suggested by SymbioMail are generated automatically, partly by artificial intelligence models. They can be wrong. They help you decide; they do not decide for you. Always reread a draft before sending it: an email sent from SymbioMail is sent under your name and your responsibility.
SymbioMail's sorting does not replace your own vigilance: an important email may get a low score, and a fraudulent email may escape detection. Keep an eye on archived or dismissed emails.
Legal or financial advice
The information and advice shared to help freelancers and businesses grow is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial or professional advice and does not replace the advice of a qualified professional (lawyer, chartered accountant, financial adviser…). Before an important decision for your business, consult a professional who knows your situation.
The authors, publishers and contributors of this content cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained by applying it.
Use of information
To the extent permitted by law, SYMBIOTEK disclaims all liability towards any person for any damage, claim or loss arising from the use of this site or from content published by third parties. Consulting this site creates no “lawyer-client”, “adviser-client” or “accountant-client” relationship. No document on the site necessarily presents the only or the best method on a subject: it reflects its author's approach.
This limitation does not apply to damage caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the rights the law guarantees to consumers. SYMBIOTEK's commitments to its subscribers are set out in the terms of use and the terms of sale.
